Intercom, the AI Customer Service company, is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will focus on evolving Intercom's IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on deliverability, identity & access management, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge, cloud-based environments and contribute to high-impact, cross-organizational projects.

What this role involves:

• Identifying and solving automation and integration problems.
• Designing, building, and owning efficient automations.
• Participating in cross-organizational projects.
• Governing and promoting automation.
• Driving IT incident response.
• Integrating and utilizing AI tooling.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Passion for systems and automation.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of a high-level programming language.
• Experience building and operating systems in the cloud.
