Senior Software Engineer - Front End Infrastructure

Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Frontend Tech platform team. This role offers the opportunity to enhance how Intercom builds user interfaces, focusing on making it easier for product teams to develop and ship high-quality products quickly. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing Intercom's tech stack by adopting React and rethinking the frontend architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with domain experts to shape technical direction and frontend infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience using React to build complex UIs.
• Deep knowledge of Web UI technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and Node.js.
• A proven track record of enabling other engineers or product teams.
• Experience building or supporting a SaaS product.
• Proficiency with standard software engineering methodologies.
• Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Ability to learn quickly and iterate.
