Job Description
Clara is seeking a Customer Happiness Associate to contribute to building the financial infrastructure for Latin American companies. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in the region. The role involves solving escalated issues, troubleshooting, and providing follow-up support to customers. The Customer Happiness Associate will also identify opportunities for customers interested in cancellations or returns.
Responsibilities:
- Solving escalated issues through various channels.
- Troubleshooting and creating detailed notes in the admin system.
- Providing follow-up calls to customers to resolve issues.
- Creating options for customers interested in canceling/returning orders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success agent / Customer Representative.
- Previous experience managing B2B clients.
- Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
- Patient, detail-oriented, and a great communicator.
- Proficiency in Office / Google Drive (Advanced).
- Experience with CSS e.g: Zendesk or similar (Advanced).
- Experience with CRM e.g: Hubspot or similar (Intermediate).
- High level of quality and excellence in service.
- Ability to multitask and handle several tickets simultaneously.
