Job Description
Intercom is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Systems team. This role focuses on managing and maintaining the HRIS platform, ensuring optimal performance, and streamlining HR processes. The Senior People Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical support, and implement system enhancements to meet the organization's evolving HR needs. This position reports to the Manager of People Systems.Role involves:
- Administering and maintaining the HRIS platform (Workday).
- Serving as technical lead for Workday modules.
- Managing user access and permissions.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
- Streamlining HR processes using the HRIS platform.
- Configuring and optimizing HRIS modules.
- Developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
- Ensuring HRIS compliance with data protection regulations.
- Providing training and support to HR staff and end-users.
- Supporting HRIS system upgrades and implementations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with HR systems, focusing on HRIS management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Proficiency with Workday and related people systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
