Senior People Systems Analyst - Workday

Job Description

Intercom, the AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Systems team. This role is based in San Francisco, California. The Senior People Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining Intercom's HRIS platform (Workday), ensuring its optimal performance, and streamlining HR processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical support, and implementing system enhancements to meet the organization's evolving HR needs.

What this role involves:

• Administering and maintaining the HRIS platform (Workday).
• Serving as technical lead for Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting and Dashboards.
• Managing user access and permissions.
• Partnering with cross functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and implement solutions for the business.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes.
• Configuring and optimizing HRIS modules, workflows, and data fields.
• Integrating the HRIS platform with other business systems.
• Developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Ensuring HRIS compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Providing training and support to HR staff and end-users.
• Supporting HRIS system upgrades and implementations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) on HR systems, with a focus on HRIS management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Workday and experience with related people systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills.
