Responsibilities include:

• Defining strategic architectures for integrated and scalable products and platforms.
• Establishing institutionalized technical guidelines and policies.
• Reducing technical redundancy and increasing standardization.
• Developing and executing clear technical integration plans post-M&A.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Principal Engineer or similar role in multi-product environments.
• Strategic involvement in technical architecture, stack definition, and technical policies/governance.
• Active participation in M&A processes.
• Strong background as a software engineer with a solid engineering track record.
• Knowledge of distributed architecture, system integration, and platform engineering.
