RD Station, a leading technology company for marketing and sales solutions in Brazil, is seeking an Executive Retention to join their Savers team. This role is based in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, and operates on a hybrid work model.
The Executive Retention will be responsible for connecting with customers who have requested to cancel their RD Station Marketing and RD Station CRM accounts. The primary goal is to understand the customer's issues and retain them by demonstrating the value of the solutions and reducing churn.
