ABBYY is seeking a Systems Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT solutions. The successful candidate will ensure IT infrastructure, applications, and systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business goals. This role involves close collaboration with the IT team, providing mentorship, training, and leadership to enhance technical capabilities across the organization. - Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable IT systems and cloud-based solutions.
- Overseeing systems integration to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
- Leading IT projects related to system upgrades and new technology deployments.
- Collaborating with project managers and IT leadership for successful solution delivery.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Coaching and mentoring IT team members.
- Ensuring compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in network protocols, server technologies, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing security best practices.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, IT operations, and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of change management and incident/problem management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Linux or Windows Systems Administrator/Engineer.
