Clara, a leading spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a Customer Happiness Associate for their Mexico team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service quality.

The Customer Happiness Associate will be the point of contact for support to Clara's customers and will report to the direct manager. This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve escalated issues through different channels.
  • Troubleshoot-investigate-and-create detailed notes in the admin system.
  • Provide follow-up calls to customers to troubleshoot issues as necessary.
  • Create opportunities and options for customers interested in canceling/returning orders.
  • Propose ideas and solutions based on customers' claims.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working as a Customer success agent / Customer representative.
  • Previous experience managing B2B clients.
  • Intermediate English and preferably English professional proficiency.
  • Experience in Fintech companies
  • Proficiency in Office / Google Drive (Advanced).
  • Experience with CSS e.g: Zendesk or similar (Advanced).
  • Experience with CRM e.g: Hubspot or similar (Intermediate).
  • High level of quality and excellence in service.
  • Patient personality and a great communicator.
  • Multitasking ability.
