Clara is seeking a Customer Happiness Associate to contribute to building the financial backbone of Latin America's ambitious companies. Clara is a leading B2B spend management platform used by numerous companies. The Customer Happiness Associate will play a crucial role in resolving escalated issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.Role involves:
  • Solving escalated issues through various channels.
  • Troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed notes in the admin system.
  • Providing follow-up calls to customers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Creating options for customers interested in canceling/returning orders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Agent / Customer Representative.
  • Previous experience managing B2B clients.
  • Intermediate to professional English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Office/Google Drive, Zendesk or similar CSS, and CRM systems like Hubspot.
  • Strong focus on understanding customer needs and providing high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and handle several tickets simultaneously.
