The ideal candidate will be passionate about code quality and system development, driving end-to-end delivery of features and systems.ABBYY is a trusted partner for purpose-built AI and intelligent automation, serving over 10,000 customers, including Fortune 500 companies like DHL and Spotify. The Staff Software Engineer will contribute to the development of a portfolio used by prominent clients.Responsibilities:

• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of features and services.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within the codebase and development process.
• Monitor the health and performance of services, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Stay current with new technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in NodeJS and React.
• Full-service scope of responsibility.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for taking full ownership of features.
• Experience with profiling applications and optimizing performance.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment.
