Job Description
ABBYY is seeking an Account Associate to join their team in Budapest, Hungary. This role offers hybrid work options and focuses on managing renewals and expanding existing business with enterprise customers. The Account Associate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers and partners, managing opportunities in Salesforce, and streamlining renewals through proactive outreach. They will also generate quotes, administer licenses, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  • Regular communication with enterprise customers and regional (global) partners.
  • Ownership and pipeline management of opportunities for renewals and extensions in Salesforce.
  • Proactive communication with partners and customers for possible upsells.
  • Quote generation and diligent follow-up.
  • License and records data administration.
  • Collaboration with internal teams.
  • Order processing and facilitation of AR procedures.

Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or sales administration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office applications.
  • Effective teamwork and independent thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, process management, and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to work in a global team setup.
