Job Description
ABBYY is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team. This role involves generating new business in France, growing annual recurring revenue, and selling ABBYY solutions and services to meet assigned quotas. The Enterprise Account Manager will also source and develop new sales prospects, negotiate sales agreements, and provide account management support. They will build strategic account development strategies and maintain communication strategies for assigned customers. The role reports to the European Sales leader.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating new business in France
- Growing the New Annual Recurring Revenue
- Selling ABBYY solutions and services
- Sourcing and developing new sales prospects
- Negotiating sales agreements
- Providing sales and account management support
- Developing and maintaining a communications strategy
- Building and applying strategic account development strategy
- Driving excellence in approach to monthly forecasts and pipeline development
- Preparing data and information for sales team meetings
- Creating and updating Accounts, Opportunities, Orders within ABBYY’s SalesForce
- Partnering with the ABBYY Presales and Training teams
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience selling enterprise software and/or SaaS
- Hunter/Closer mentality
- Network of Enterprise customers in manufacturing/pharma/retail, luxury/services/logistic sector
- Ability to lead a sales cycle
- Knowledge of the ECM/Process Mining/ Document Processing/RPA markets
- Self-directed individual who can work effectively in remote and office-based environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Proficient organizational skills and solution presentation skills
- Good Account Management knowledge
- Ability to sell high to C-suite level
- Knowledge of MEDDIC sales method
