ABBYY is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. This role offers hybrid work options and focuses on selling ABBYY solutions to new logo enterprise accounts. Responsibilities: - Sell ABBYY Solutions to New Logo Enterprise Accounts
- Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities
- Drive pipeline velocity activities to generate New Logo business
- Develop new and expanded sales prospects, negotiate sales agreements, and close sales opportunities
- Analyze customer business needs, cultivate executive relationships, and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling
- Provide overall sales and account management support for new or existing customers
- Develop and maintain a communications strategy for assigned and closed customers
- Partner with the ABBYY Presales and Training teams to coordinate solutions demonstrations and/or product training
- Work with technical sales, development, and support teams to meet client needs
- Create and update Accounts, Opportunities, Orders, Contracts within ABBYY’s CRM system
- Work with legal and accounting departments to proceed with contract procedures
- Share client feedback and propose product improvements
- Participate in product training sessions, meetings, and skills building activities
- Prepare and provide data and information for sales team meetings
Requirements: - 15+ years of experience selling enterprise software and/or SaaS, with 3+ years in Intelligent Document Automation, RPA, Business Process Automation, or Process Mining

- Proficient organizational and teamwork skills
- Self-directed and motivated
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Fluent English communication skill, preference of TOEIC score 800+ or equivalent level
- Native level Japanese communication skill or equivalent level
