Job Description
ABBYY is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to expand its strategic partner ecosystem across EMEA. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and activating new go-to-market (GTM) and technology partners to drive revenue and solution-based selling. The Partner Business Development Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, partner innovation, and product teams to execute partner-led strategies that generate pipeline and deliver measurable business impact.
Role Involves:
- Driving new business by onboarding high-potential GTM partners, VARs, and ISVs across EMEA.
- Initiating and expanding technology alliances that complement ABBYY’s product portfolio.
- Collaborating with sales leadership to align partner activities with regional sales targets.
- Developing joint value propositions and solution plays with partners.
- Owning partner business planning from engagement to activation.
- Championing the adoption of ABBYY’s Global Channel Program.
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on influenced and sourced pipeline from new partners.
Requirements:
- Experience in Intelligent Automation (RPA, IDP, BPM, or similar).
- Track record of developing new partner relationships that resulted in measurable pipeline and/or revenue.
- Understanding of enterprise and partner-led sales motions.
- Ability to thrive in matrix environments.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
