Job Description

ABBYY is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to expand its strategic partner ecosystem across EMEA. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and activating new go-to-market (GTM) and technology partners to drive revenue and solution-based selling. The Partner Business Development Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, partner innovation, and product teams to execute partner-led strategies that generate pipeline and deliver measurable business impact.

Role Involves:

  • Driving new business by onboarding high-potential GTM partners, VARs, and ISVs across EMEA.
  • Initiating and expanding technology alliances that complement ABBYY’s product portfolio.
  • Collaborating with sales leadership to align partner activities with regional sales targets.
  • Developing joint value propositions and solution plays with partners.
  • Owning partner business planning from engagement to activation.
  • Championing the adoption of ABBYY’s Global Channel Program.
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on influenced and sourced pipeline from new partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Intelligent Automation (RPA, IDP, BPM, or similar).
  • Track record of developing new partner relationships that resulted in measurable pipeline and/or revenue.
  • Understanding of enterprise and partner-led sales motions.
  • Ability to thrive in matrix environments.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
