Job Description
ABBYY is seeking a Professional Services Platform Architect to ensure the successful deployment of its document processing solutions. The role involves working with enterprise-level customers to understand their infrastructure needs, designing and implementing scalable solutions, and providing technical guidance during deployment. The candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with enterprise-level customers to understand their infrastructure needs
- Assisting in designing and implementing scalable and robust infrastructure solutions
- Providing technical guidance and support during the deployment phase
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application deployment
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality and reliable solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a DevOps and/or Infrastructure role in Linux/Windows system administration
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms administration and cloud-based solutions (Azure is preferable)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers
- Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation for technical processes and infrastructure
- Upper intermediate level of English, both written and verbal
