Clara, a leading spend management platform in Latin America, seeks a Customer Success Associate to manage a portfolio of accounts and guarantee customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, provide personalized support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. They will also monitor product usage, collect client feedback, and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams. The Customer Success Associate will maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they are happy and engaged.
  • Understand each client’s needs and provide personalized support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor product usage to spot any issues.
  • Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
  • Collect feedback from clients to help us improve our products and services.
  • Use CRM tools to track client interactions, updates, and account activity.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or sales, preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Experience in managing accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferibly with Hubspot or Salesforce)
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.
