Clara is seeking a Customer Success Associate to help build the financial backbone of Latin America’s most ambitious companies. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in the region, used by 20,000+ companies. The company's all-in-one solution combines locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a powerful SaaS platform built to scale with our customers.The Customer Success Associate will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement. They will understand client needs, provide personalized support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The associate will also monitor product usage, collect client feedback, and use CRM tools to track client interactions.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they are happy and engaged.
- Understand each client’s needs and provide personalized support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor product usage to spot any issues and recommend solutions.
- Work with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Collect feedback from clients.
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions.
Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in managing accounts and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot or Salesforce).
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
