Senior Technical Project Manager, Digital

Job Description

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their PMO team. This role involves strategic and tactical project management across ESPN BET Sportsbook, theScoreBet Sportsbook, and theScore Media products. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to the Lead Technical Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Work with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Define roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans and documentation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to escalate risks and blockers.
• Identify and resolve changes in scope, schedules, and resource requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience.
• Understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify and address challenges.
