Lead Product Manager, Promotions

Job Description

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Promotions to drive product initiatives for ESPN BET and theScore BET. This role involves managing and innovating the promotional experience, requiring strong collaboration, leadership, and agility. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing technology and a background in high-volume B2C applications.

Role Involves:
• Defining and executing product strategy for promotions.
• Defining and reporting on KPIs.
• Collaborating with marketing, compliance, legal, and finance teams.
• Using data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Driving transparency and accountability in product development.
• Coaching and developing product team members.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in marketing technology.
• Experience in high-volume B2C applications.
• Experience in sports betting and/or iGaming (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
