Trading Operations Specialist

Job Description

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to join their Risk and Trading Operations team in Toronto. This team operates 24/7, providing support to various departments, including trading, marketing, and customer support, across all operational sports betting platforms. The role is critical in maintaining operational excellence within the risk and trading department.

About the Role:

• Daily review of Odds Boosts, Specials, and Branded Markets
• Daily review of all daily betting content
• Monitoring in-play markets for all live events
• Monitoring rich data for all pre-game and live events
• Triage production issues related to Risk & Trading and rich data
• Work with Trading, Compliance, and Marketing Teams to add new markets
• Other duties as assigned

About You:

• Post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Experience in customer service
• Extensive sports knowledge, particularly with regards to the four major professional sports leagues
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Must be computer savvy
• Experience using iPhone and Android devices on a daily basis
• Knowledge of esports is considered an asset
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on planned schedule
