Marketing Operations Associate

Job Description

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to join their Marketing team. In this role, the associate will work with the commercial marketing team to execute a variety of promotional campaigns, focusing on maximizing customer experience and player retention through personalized marketing and innovative promotional programs. The ideal candidate will ensure promotional programs are compliant, understandable, and flawless, with a focus on operational excellence.

This role involves:

• Preparing, executing, and crediting promotions and campaigns for all online gaming brands.
• Assisting with reports on campaign performance and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
• Testing new promotional mechanics and reporting on the end-to-end user journey.
• Coordinating asset creation and dissemination across design and marketing execution teams.
• Utilizing Marketing Technology tools, including Asana, Branch and Back Office tools.
• Communicating with other departments around logistics and execution of marketing programs.
• Facilitating in-app placement and surfacing of promotions.
• Contributing to the regulatory promotion approval process.
• Performing competitive research on marketing programs, product capabilities, and industry landscape.

The requirements are:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or online gaming operations role.
• Capability to work cross-functionally, including virtual teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks constantly.
• Self-starter.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about North American online gaming.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work 9AM-5PM Saturday through Wednesday
