Job Description
Charles River Associates is seeking an Associate Principal to join their Forensic Services practice. The ideal candidate will leverage CRA’s eDiscovery technology suite to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights. This role involves frequent contact with senior leadership and project teams.Role involves:
- Executing projects involving data identification, collection, processing, review, and production.
- Supporting engagement planning and project team execution.
- Interfacing with client personnel and implementing discovery strategies.
- Preparing client communications/reports.
- Implementing client data processing projects.
- Implementing client data review within Relativity.
- Preparing and delivering data productions.
- Managing risk through quality control measures.
- Participating in team recruiting and managing junior staff.
- Assisting in business development efforts.
Requirements:
- 8-11 years of eDiscovery experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, etc.).
- Experience with data processing within Relativity and/or Nuix.
- Expertise in industry-standard platforms with certifications (Relativity preferred).
- Sound knowledge of IT platforms, technologies, and operating systems.
- Experience with forensic collection applications (EnCase, FTK, Nuix, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence colleagues.
