Job Description
Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking an Associate to join their Forensic Services practice in Chicago. This role involves providing independent forensic expertise and data analytics capabilities in various complex matters. The Associate will work in project teams, conducting research and using technology to organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights.
Role Involves:
- Developing, performing, and supervising database and structured data related projects.
- Utilizing scripting and database experience to ingest, normalize, and analyze large client data sets.
- Identifying, researching, and organizing information to assess data appropriateness.
- Extracting complex data from client investigations and assisting in writing expert reports.
- Training and development of team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
- Assisting with recruiting and training efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience consulting on data projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working with relational databases or similar data structures.
- Experience with SQL required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator and collaborator.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client projects.
