Job Description
Charles River Associates is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Forensic Services practice. This role involves supporting companies in responding to allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, and non-compliance. The Senior Associate will leverage CRA’s eDiscovery technology suite to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights.Role involves:
  • Executing on projects involving data identification, collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Supporting engagement planning and project team execution.
  • Interfacing with client personnel and implementing discovery strategies.
  • Preparing client communications/reports.
  • Implementing client data processing projects.
  • Implementing client data review within Relativity.
  • Preparing and delivering data productions.
  • Managing risk through quality control measures.
  • Participating in team recruiting and retention efforts.
  • Assisting in business development efforts.
  • Managing the growth and professional development of junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience conducting eDiscovery activities.
  • Deep technical knowledge of eDiscovery tools and technologies (Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, etc.).
  • Experience processing electronic data in Nuix, Relativity, etc., with a strong preference for Nuix.
  • Multiple industry-standard certifications are preferred, with a preference for candidates holding Relativity certifications
  • Working knowledge of current IT platforms, technologies, and operating systems.
  • Experience utilizing enterprise forensic collection and examination applications (EnCase, FTK, Nuix etc) preferred, but not required.
  • Strong policy, process, and project management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence colleagues and implement initiatives across functions.
