Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

Charles River Associates is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to join their Information Technology team. The engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of infrastructure and systems in multiple datacenters across the globe. They will also maintain the integrity of data backup and archive processes, handle production support requests, and ensure the security and integrity of production and development environments. • Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of infrastructure and systems
• Maintaining the integrity of data backup and archive processes
• Production support requests
• Ensuring Disaster Recovery plans

• At least 8 years demonstrable experience
• VMware Data Centre Virtualisation, ESXi, vSphere, vCenter etc
• Micro segmentation
• VMware Horizon / VDI
• MS Active Directory - Enterprise level
• Storage Technologies – Hybrid, Flash, Nimble
• MS Windows Servers
• PowerShell scripting
• Experience in AWS, Azure or GCP is desirable
• Knowledge of system hardware platforms including HP/Dell/Cisco
