Job Description

Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking a Principal to join their Labor and Employment Practice. This role involves managing client relationships and project teams, contributing to deliverables, and fostering business development.Responsibilities:

• Designing and directing advanced analyses.
• Developing and sharing technical expertise.
• Creating client deliverables.
• Managing projects and delegating work.
• Contributing to thought leadership.
• Nurturing client relationships.
• Managing and developing teams.
• Identifying and securing project revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

• PhD in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline with 5-10+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-11 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and economic methodologies.
• Strong computer programming and data analysis skills (STATA proficiency is a plus).
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership.
• Strong team development and collaboration capabilities.
