Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking a Principal to join their Labor and Employment Practice. This role involves managing client relationships and project teams, contributing to deliverables, and fostering business development.
Responsibilities: - Designing and directing advanced analyses.

Requirements: - PhD in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline with 5-10+ years of experience.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-11 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of statistical methods and economic methodologies.
- Strong computer programming and data analysis skills (STATA proficiency is a plus).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership.
