Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior staff within the CRA Competition team in London. The successful candidate will be the face of the company to clients and will be responsible for professional communication, initiative, and organization of meetings, calls, travel, and billing.

Role Involves:

  • Maintaining calendars and drafting correspondence
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and organizing meetings
  • Assisting with client billing and processing expense reports
  • Leading local onboarding activities
  • Liaising with corporate departments
  • Managing office needs and ordering supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in professional services (consulting, law, etc.) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
