This part-time role involves managing the office setup and logistics for approximately 100 employees, working closely with the People Operations and IT teams. The Office Coordinator will ensure a seamless experience for new employees and efficient daily office operations.
Role involves:
Leading the Berlin office relocation in early 2025.
Managing day-to-day office operations, including supplies and snacks.
Solving problems creatively to maintain smooth office operations.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Organizing weekly breakfasts, lunches, and special projects.
Supporting onboarding for new hires and welcoming visitors.
Tracking budgets and expenses.
Planning team events and initiatives.
Requirements:
Fluency in German.
1+ years of experience in Office Management or Business Operations.
Optimistic and eager to take on new challenges.
Low-ego and willing to handle tasks of any size.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Trustworthy and able to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
