Job Description
Via, a company transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a NOC Team Lead. This role involves leading a team of engineers responsible for monitoring global systems and addressing urgent customer issues. The NOC Team Lead will optimize processes and tools, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication, while also training, managing, and mentoring NOC engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing critical incidents from a NOC perspective, collaborating with technical and business teams.
  • Acting as an escalation point within the NOC team, enhancing NOC independence.
  • Managing and developing a team of NOC Engineers.
  • Maintaining and updating the NOC internal Knowledge Base.
  • Improving NOC’s monitoring and proactivity capabilities.
  • Leading automation efforts for manual tasks.
  • Leading process improvements within NOC based on incident postmortems and data review.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams in a high-paced environment.
  • Mastery over programming and scripting (Python & Bash).
  • Hands-on experience with different operating systems, specifically Linux.
  • Experience working in Cloud & SaaS environments utilizing AWS, Jenkins, Coralogix, SQL.
