Front-End Team Lead

Via, a company focused on transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a Front-End Team Lead to join their R&D center in Tel Aviv. The candidate will lead a team of developers and contribute to Via's product using cutting-edge technologies. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of transportation, impacting tens of thousands of riders daily worldwide and be a focal point on front end architecture.What This Role Involves:

• Implementing front-end tools & libraries used in Via.
• Leading a group of talented engineers to create visionary UI/UX products.
• Examining, questioning, and improving the user experience across Via's platform.
• Consulting and making decisions to move things forward.

Who Via Is Looking For:

• BSc. Computer Science or similar.
• Proven experience leading a team of people.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with React or similar frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience as a Web Application Developer.
• Advantage: Map based application development (Mapbox, Google JS SDK, etc…)
• Advantage: Experience with backend development (Python)
• Takes pride in their work & ability.
