Job Description
Via, a company transforming transportation through technology, is seeking an Operations & Expansion Associate Principal. This role involves delivering launch projects on time, collaborating with partners, technical teams, and operational teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new Via deployments and contributing to strategic decision-making for setting up operations in new markets. They will also serve as the main point of contact for partners, manage product expectations, and leverage data to generate insights.
What this role involves:
- Launching new Via deployments and ensuring timely execution.
- Overseeing junior team members.
- Contributing to strategic decision-making for new market setups.
- Serving as the main point of contact for partners.
- Managing product expectations and development.
- Interpreting data to generate insights and business recommendations.
- Supporting the partnerships team in the sales process.
Requirements:
- Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Independent worker with problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator.
- Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academic achievement.
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience.
- Demonstrated record of entrepreneurial achievement and/or leadership.
