Job Description
Via, a company focused on transforming transportation through technology, is seeking an Operations & Expansion Principal. This role is based in New York City and involves managing launch projects, collaborating with partners, technical teams, and operational teams. The Principal will ensure on-time execution of new deployments at the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Launch new Via deployments, ensuring every aspect is executed on time and at high quality.
- Oversee junior team members supporting launches.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and project planning for setting up Via operations in new markets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, helping them develop and grow on-demand transit systems.
- Manage product expectations and development, providing feedback to the engineering team.
- Utilize Via’s operational and marketing knowledge to help partners maximize the technology.
- Interpret data to generate insights and make business recommendations.
- Support Via’s partnerships team in the sales process.
