Job Description
Via is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to manage strategy and operations for its DACH partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with operational expertise and leadership skills. The Director will ensure the success of Via's services and contribute to the company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of markets within the DACH region; set ambitious targets and chase results
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, cohesive, and energetic culture
  • Design operational strategy and push execution; continuously working to scale processes and systems to drive growth
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners, public officials, and large suppliers
  • Translate business agreements into fully operational business operations - similarly, identify operational improvement opportunities and transform them into business value
  • Take on a key leadership position and work closely with various leaders across Via to build a united, dynamic, and engaging team environment. Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and an unbelievable product every day

Requirements:

  • A great communicator in English and German (C2 level)

  • Entrepreneurial
  • 6-10 years of work experience, P&L management and/or commercial deal-making experience a plus
  • Willing to travel occasionally for work
