Job Description
Via is seeking a General Manager/Strategy & Operations Principal to manage an intermodal transit service. This role involves building and managing on-site daily operations, prioritizing operational issues, and providing solutions for scheduling. The General Manager will be the face of the operation, developing relationships with driver partners, customers, community leaders, and local organizations. They will also liaise with Via senior management and external partners, develop metrics, analyze data, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will lead and coach a team of drivers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Managing on-site daily operations of Via’s service

  • 6-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Local to Seattle or Los Angeles
