Via, a technology company transforming transportation, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Principal to manage an intermodal transit service. This role involves entrepreneurship, business development, and operations management.

The Strategy & Operations Principal will be responsible for managing the on-site daily operations of Via’s service on behalf of their partner. They will prioritize operational issues, manage and mentor the on-site team, and develop relationships with driver partners, customers, community leaders, and local organizations. The Principal will also liaise with Via senior management and external partners, develop metrics, analyze data, ensure compliance, and lead a team of drivers.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience
