Job Description

Citymapper, powered by Via, is seeking a Transit Data Team Lead to manage the data and team crucial to the application's success. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Data Analysts, ensuring high data quality and building for scale.

The role involves:

• Leading and motivating a team of Data Analysts.
• Collaborating with the Product Manager to improve tools and automate tasks.
• Developing new ways to measure and improve data quality.
• Collaborating with other teams at Citymapper, Remix, and Via.
• Ensuring data quality in web and mobile products.

The requirements are:

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical/operations manager or team lead.
• Proven track record of managing teams with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Comfortable dealing with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
