Job Description
Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee operations using its innovative technology platform. This is a fully in-person position, requiring the candidate to be onsite 4-5 days per week. The Field Operations Manager will manage daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster the growth of Via's services.
Via partners with 100+ cities and public transit agencies around the world to deploy their mobility technology.
What this role involves:
- Ensuring operational excellence and customer experience
- Overseeing operations in person
- Managing driver supply to meet demand
- Prioritizing operational issues and implementing creative solutions
- Responding to driver feedback and customer issues
- Collaborating with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes
- Analyzing metrics/KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations
Requirements:
- Socially perceptive and environmentally conscious
- Self-starter with a high level of responsibility
- Driven executor with a track record of hitting KPIs and revenue goals
- Team-focused individual
- Experienced in project management, operational processes, and customer service
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
- Based in the Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, or Lansing area
