Job Description
Via, a company focused on transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a Field Operations Manager for their Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team. This role is based in Omaha/Lincoln, NE, and requires full-time in-person presence (4-5 days per week). The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing operations using Via's technology platform, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

Role Involves:
  • Overseeing daily operations in person.
  • Managing driver supply to meet demand.
  • Prioritizing and resolving operational issues.
  • Responding to driver feedback and customer issues.
  • Collaborating with a broad interdisciplinary team.
  • Analyzing metrics/KPIs to optimize operations.

Requirements:
  • Alignment with promoting transportation equity and reducing carbon emissions.
  • Self-starter with a high level of responsibility.
  • Track record of end-to-end ownership and hitting KPIs.
  • Team-focused individual.
  • Experience in project management and customer service.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in the Omaha, NE area with easy commute to operation.
