Job Description
Via, a company focused on transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a Field Operations Manager for their Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team. This role is based in Omaha/Lincoln, NE, and requires full-time in-person presence (4-5 days per week). The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing operations using Via's technology platform, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing daily operations in person.
- Managing driver supply to meet demand.
- Prioritizing and resolving operational issues.
- Responding to driver feedback and customer issues.
- Collaborating with a broad interdisciplinary team.
- Analyzing metrics/KPIs to optimize operations.
Requirements:
- Alignment with promoting transportation equity and reducing carbon emissions.
- Self-starter with a high level of responsibility.
- Track record of end-to-end ownership and hitting KPIs.
- Team-focused individual.
- Experience in project management and customer service.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in the Omaha, NE area with easy commute to operation.
