Job Description
Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee operations in Sacramento, CA, using their technology platform. This role involves managing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence. The position is fully in-person, requiring the candidate to be onsite 4-5 days per week.
The Field Operations Manager will work collaboratively with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems, and tools to drive rapid growth. They will analyze metrics/KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations.
