Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager, Student Transit to manage operations in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves ensuring operational excellence and customer experience for student transportation. The Field Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage driver supply, and handle communications with caregivers and the school district. They will also prioritize operational issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with a team to scale processes.Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

  • Track record of end-to-end ownership and hitting KPIs
  • Team-focused individual
  • Experience in project management and customer service
  • Multi-site management experience is a plus
  • Outgoing and sociable leader
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in the Phoenix, AZ area
  • Experience managing a team is a plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
