Job Description
Via is seeking a Working Student in Mobility Operations to join their team in Ludwigshafen. This role involves working with the Operations Team to build and operate on-demand services. The student will gain exposure to operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility within a startup environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth operations on weekends for the shuttle service at the BASF site in Ludwigshafen.
- Undertaking tasks for operations across the DACH region.
- Providing support to drivers, including training and shift planning.
- Developing an understanding of services and improving processes.
- Supporting the Senior Operations Team with project-based tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently.
- Availability to work mainly on weekends.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions.
- Tech-savviness and comfort working with IT tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in German.
