Via is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its expanding operations in Europe. The role involves working with the Operations team to build and operate on-demand services. The representative will receive comprehensive training in operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility, becoming part of a growing team in the mobility industry.Via offers technology to transform transportation around the world. What this role involves: - Ensuring smooth daily operation of services via phone and email support.
- Working scheduled shifts, with bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, and holidays.
- Supporting drivers and passengers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.
Requirements: - Fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
- Good communication skills with the ability to adapt tone.
- Enjoyment in providing advice and support over the phone.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions.
- Eagerness to learn and deliver great service.
- Passion for enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing carbon footprint.
- Technology-savvy and comfortable with modern IT tools.
