Job Description
Via is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its expanding operations in Europe. The role involves working with the Operations team to build and operate on-demand services. The representative will receive comprehensive training in operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility, becoming part of a growing team in the mobility industry.Via offers technology to transform transportation around the world.   • Ensuring smooth daily operation of services via phone and email support.
  • Working scheduled shifts, with bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Supporting drivers and passengers, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to adapt tone.
  • Enjoyment in providing advice and support over the phone.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn and deliver great service.
  • Passion for enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing carbon footprint.
  • Technology-savvy and comfortable with modern IT tools.
