Job Description
Via is seeking a Director of Partner Success to be the face and voice of Via for its partners in the Central US. This role involves building strong customer relationships and converting them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues, while also advocating for partners within Via to facilitate service expansion.

What This Role Involves:
  • Developing a vision and strategy for partners.
  • Building long-term relationships with partners.
  • Analyzing service performance data.
  • Negotiating contract renewals and service expansions.
  • Navigating the market landscape and building data-driven business cases.
  • Educating and consulting with clients on regional transit plans.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of client-facing experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or a similar field, preferably with public sector experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Quantitative and data analysis skills.
  • Commercial intuition and judgment.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mentality.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Expertise in renewals and up-selling.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%.
