Job Description

Via is seeking a Partner Success Principal to be the face and voice of Via for its partners in Canada. This role involves working with Mayors, CEOs, and other leaders to develop and optimize advanced transportation networks. The Partner Success Principal will consult on complex transportation services and convert that work into long-term revenue growth for Via.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of client-facing experience and fluency in French and English. They should be entrepreneurial, data-savvy, and an excellent team player.

What This Role Involves:

  • Owning the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners.
  • Contributing to strategic decision-making and project planning.
  • Delivering insightful analysis from platform data.
  • Negotiating multi-year partnership agreements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Entrepreneurial relationship builder.
  • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy.
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent team player.
