Via is seeking a Partner Success Principal to be the face and voice of Via for its partners. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships and converting them into long-term revenue growth. The Partner Success Principal will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues. They will also advocate for partners within Via, championing new products and capabilities to expand each partner's service.Via is a company using technology to transform transportation around the world.
What this role involves: - Developing a vision and strategy for partners.
- Building deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners.
- Analyzing service performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Negotiating and signing contract renewals and service expansions.
Who is an ideal candidate: - 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client facing experience
- Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes with them
- Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- An excellent team player
- Comfortable with frequent travel
