Job Description

Via is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to be the face and voice of Via for its partners in Canada. This role involves working with Mayors, CEOs, and other leaders to develop and optimize advanced transportation networks. The Strategic Account Manager will consult on complex transportation services and convert that work into long-term revenue growth for Via.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making and project planning.
  • Deliver insightful analysis from platform data.
  • Negotiate multi-year partnership agreements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Entrepreneurial relationship builder.
  • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy.
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent team player.
