Job Description
Via is seeking a VP of Growth & Revenue to be the face and voice of the company for partners on the East Coast. This role involves leading a team of account leads to drive Via's growth. The VP will manage sales opportunities, develop customer insights, and navigate buying processes. They will also partner with cross-functional teams and represent Via at industry events.

What This Role Involves:
  • Building and managing a high-performing sales and account management team.
  • Managing a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Becoming an expert on the Via platform.
  • Developing insights regarding customer use-cases.
  • Strategically navigating buying and renewal processes.
  • Ensuring customer centricity within the partnerships team.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Representing Via at conferences and establishing key relationships.
  • Researching the competitive landscape.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales or consulting.
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
  • Expertise in prospecting and developing relationships with senior-level officials.
  • A history of quota achievement and territory growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb commercial intuition and judgment.
  • Passion for growth and building high-value relationships.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%.

What Via Offers:
  • Total Earnings Range, inclusive of base and variable: $300,000-$450,000
