Job Description
Via is seeking a VP of Growth & Revenue to be the face and voice of the company for partners on the West Coast. This role involves leading a team of account leads to drive Via's growth. The VP will manage sales opportunities, develop customer insights, and navigate buying processes. They will also partner with cross-functional teams and represent Via at industry events.

What This Role Involves:
  • Building and managing a team of sales and account managers.
  • Managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Becoming an expert on the Via platform.
  • Developing insights regarding customer use-cases.
  • Strategically navigating the buying and renewal processes.
  • Overseeing renewal and expansion process with existing clients.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Representing Via at conferences and establishing key relationships.
  • Researching the competitive landscape.

Requirements:
  • Experienced leader with success in managing teams of 10+ employees.
  • 8+ years in enterprise software/SaaS sales or consulting.
  • Expertise in prospecting and developing relationships with senior-level officials.
  • History of quota achievement and territory growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial intuition and judgment.
  • Passionate about growth.
  • Willing to travel 25-50%.
