Senior Algo Product Manager

Via is seeking a Senior Algo Product Manager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge algorithms, routing, and machine learning systems. • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for algorithms, routing, and machine learning systems.
• Leading product lifecycle from ideation through technical development, to launch.
• Developing short and long-term product roadmaps based on customer feedback, data, trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize impactful features and products.
• Guiding algorithm and development teams to solve complex problems by integrating with product managers across the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience in algorithms and/or machine learning-based products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Algo and Data-science teams, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical background with a scientific degree or equivalent experience in complex algorithm-based products.
• Proven success in handling an end-to-end product lifecycle with the ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
• A user-centric approach with the ability to blend technical expertise and UX.
• Detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fluid environment.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and balance MVP delivery with a commitment to world-class products.
• A data-first philosophy with the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
