Job Description
Via, a global leader in smart transportation, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their operator experiences team (VOC) in New York City. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in the company’s mission, working on the core product that directly impacts Via’s users around the world. He will collaborate with product managers, analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Role involves:
  • Leading the design process for significant product areas.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Crafting new product features from concept to execution.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and delivering exceptional designs.
  • Promoting product discovery and ideation.
  • Creating intuitive and practical patterns.
  • Evolving the design system.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High bar for craft and quality.
  • Experience working with complex systems.
  • Proficiency with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
  • Can-do approach and great social skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Passion for shaping the future of smart transportation.
