Job Description
DataCamp is seeking a Senior Mobile Content Developer to enhance its data education mission. This role involves collaborating with product teams to improve the mobile learning experience. The Senior Mobile Content Developer will work on courses, practice pools, and flashcards, providing feedback and advocating for learners. They will use their technical skills in Python to make data-driven decisions and iterate on content. This position requires a passion for data science and education.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the product expert for mobile content.
- Creating engaging data content for the mobile app.
- Working with a cross-functional team to enable new content forms.
- Owning critical changes that improve the content experience.
- Making data-driven suggestions for content improvements.
- Being a liaison between the Content team and mobile product teams.
- Working closely with internal collaborators to make mobile content interactive.
- Effectively setting and holding others accountable for project deadlines.
Requirements include:
- Strong technical background with experience in Python.
- Prior experience with product or project management.
- Experience with online or mobile courses from DataCamp and other providers.
- Ability to challenge ideas positively.
- Experience working with various stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
- Experience teaching others and communicating ideas effectively.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
